* The member fee applies only to members of FELASA , ECLAM , ESLAV and ICLAS (national and scientific) member associations.
** A document confirming work as a technician in the field of animals needs to be provided.
*** The student fee is only applicable for students at the university/college level and registrants need to be under or at the age of 26 at the time of the congress. A document confirming the date of birth and student status signed by the university/school/college needs to be provided.
**** One-day tickets may only be purchased once and are only valid for the particular day chosen

*On-demand recordings will be accessible for a limited time after the congress. Participant acknowledges and agrees that if, in Mondial Congress & Events’ reasonable opinion, external circumstances including health regulations imposed by governmental authorities prevent or materially impact the holding of physical, in-person events at designated venue sites, Mondial Congress & Events shall implement the necessary procedures to enable hybrid or virtual events, in consultation with the organising society, accordingly.
Group Registration
Group registration is possible if your company/institute invites several participants to FELASA 2025 and needs one collective invoice for the registrations. For group registrations, we kindly ask you to contact the congress secretariat via e-mail to arrange further details: felasa@mondial-congress.com
Terms & Conditions
Registration and payment is available online until the start of the congress and onsite at the registration counter afterwards. Onsite registration is possible throughout the entire congress during the opening hours of the registration counter.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat, Mondial Congress & Events. If received before 25.02.2025 all fees, except for a cancellation handling fee of € 40,- net will be refunded. No refunds will be made after this date. For name changes a modification fee of € 25,- net will be charged.
Delays or modifications in the programme, caused by whatever reason, do not entitle to reimbursement of registration fees.
The FELASA congress is a scientific event, and only scientific topics will be discussed during the congress. Participants should refrain from any political statement or discrimination; disregard can lead to exclusion at the congress.
